Dr Paweł Litwiński

Advocate and partner at the law firm Barta Litwiński Kancelaria Radców Prawnych i Adwokatów, member of the European Data Protection Board Support Pool of Experts. Paweł Litwiński has authored and co-authored more than 140 publications on personal data protection law, new technologies law, and telecommunications law, including a commentary on GDPR, the Polish Act on Personal Data Protection and selected Polish specific data protection legislation (CH Beck, 2021). He is a lecturer at postgraduate studies at several Polish universities. Recommended in Polish and international rankings of lawyers specialising in data protection.
