He leads the work of teams responsible for responding to incidents in the information environment at ZBPI / IERT. Creator of processes for securing the information environment. Professionally affiliated with the Cyber Defence Component Command. His professional experience also includes work at the National Security Department of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, the Government Security Centre, and the Ministry of National Defence.

Consultant on research and scientific projects concerning information influence, psychological operations, information environment security, and decision-making process security. Lecturer at the Expert Centre for Cybersecurity Training, Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), and Warsaw University of Technology.

He delivers lectures and workshops on information and psychological operations at universities and within public administration. He also conducts training on information warfare for teams capable of non-kinetic operations.
